USB Microphone help

So hey guys usually I know my stuff for this but a friend is asking for a good usb condenser mic that they can hook up to pc.

 

Now before you all start saying look at linus videos that he posted, which I have watched this one wont be used for gaming/ skype the usual.  This is for Singing and not sure what to go on from this.  I know two good ones will are blue yeti, the rode ntsb,, at 2020usb, and the blue snowball(don't think it will be good or not).

 

She is used to the shure pg42usb which is not in her budget so yea....

 

Can you all give me reasons of which one you would choose and the reason for it, I will be passing it on to her.

I'd say an AT 2020 if she is at that budget, it works well if you get a pop filter.

Blue snowball ice is around 50 bucks with good quality for the cost. im saying it this way since i own this mic
