Difference in reference cards?

Hi guys.

Just another quick one. What is the difference between all the different reference GPU's? For example, what are the differences between a MSI GTX 980 Ti and a Zotac GTX 980 Ti both reference cards?

Also what are your view on Zotac reference 980 Ti's? What is the Zotac company like? Worth purchasing from?

If they are reference cards the only difference is the name and support the company offers you.

Mainly warranty and sometimes clockspeed are the only things different between reference cards.

Not if they are reference cards with reference coolers. You do get other cards that have a non-reference cooler but still use a reference PCB, you may see a small clock bump on those.

Aren't they sapphires sister company, if so they are probably very good.
