iPhone 4 wifi extremely slow all of the sudden?

I have tried to forget the network update my phone, change DNS server and restore my phone. My wifi works fine on other networks but my own network is painfully slow on my iphone 4, my computers Internet is great though, does anyone know how to fix this?

What OS version do you use?

The latest version I can't call it off the top of my head but it was doing the same thing on an older version

Do yourself a favor and get rid of the iPhone 4 asap. My next phone update I'm probably going with an HTC One :)
