3.5mm Jack not working

Hi, I have recently made a new machine ..........when i plug my headphones in the first time in the  front panel connector in its plays only through one ear,,,and yesterday i noticed that now it not working at all except at some angles.....whats wrong , should i replace the port?

Everything Work Including the Read Audio ports...only headphones is the problem

do you have other headphones/earbuds to test it with? there can be a slight variation between 3,5mm plugs (really just a little bit but it can make a difference.

 

so try them, and if the result is the same contact your case manufacturer and ask for a replacement front io pcb

even my older headphones do not work...let me mention that when i build my first pc even that time i faced the same problem then i took new ones and i was good to go.

 

even nopw i have ordered new pairs...hope they work.....

 

is it possible that i can buy a 3.5mm jack and solder it on the PCB
