Constant Loud Buzz from Computer

My computer recently started making this buzzing sound which is quite loud.  It is audible over my case fans which are spinning pretty fast to keep my decent over clocked CPU cool.  I tried unplugging the speakers, and that doesn't seem to be the cause, I am nearly sure it is coming from inside the case.  I am not home right now, but once I do get home I can do some more troubleshooting.  Any ideas of what it is or how I can fix i?

coil whine? It could also be a fan with one or more of the coils broken.

Okay... I apparently fixed it.  I tried to pick it up to see what was wrong with it, and it went quiet.  When I put it back down again, it started up again.  I did this a few times, until I finally shoved something under where I picked it up from.  Now it's quiet.

Make sure the fans are tight. I assume you have a metal case, which likely twisted and cause a vibration between the case and fan housing, find which fan it could be and make sure it is secure.
