Any Mods installed?

I had a similar texture issue in Far Cry 3, and it turned out that it was a file error of some sort. I verified the cache and all was good.

Looks like a grass and/or reflection issue. Try fidling with the Reflection MSAA and grass settings.

My GPU is R9 280X and it has Beta drive... (Best one for FPS)

It's another one of GTA 5's problems, you can't really fix it unfortunately.

Nope, it's just bad luck if this happens to you. I'm having this as well. And nobody knows when Rockstar fixes something, sometimes they fix it immediately and sometimes they don't fix anything at all.

this is a big problem and its noticeable, if they don't fix it i will regret GTA V....

Yup, there are some serious problems with GTA. Let's just hope they release a PC specific update soon. I am getting pretty bored of playing online in private lobbies and all the stuttering.

kako znas da nece? Ne odgovara mi ni jedan drugi Driver zbog FPS

Zato sto je igra na trzistu vec par mjeseci, sad samo kozmetika i online misije. Rockstar nece, mozda AMD izbaci neki buduci driver ali sumnjam.

 

Jesi ukljucio Anisotropic Filtering 16x?

Izgleda da igra trazi jaci MSAA faktor, ovaj tip je imao isti problem kao i ti: http://www.reddit.com/r/GTAV/comments/33gxoq/
