Answer those:

 

What resolution are you running?

What CPU utilization do you have?

What graphical settings?

V-sync on?

 

That CPU is tanking the GPU btw.

Do a full reinstall of your drivers, reinstall DirectX, clean your registry, defrag your drives

 

Also, the 6300 isn't bottlenecking the GPU

How much the CPU is used in %? Latest drivers?
