if i use a XFX Radeon r9 280x with a AMD FX-8350, will it basically suffer frame drops or any other trouble while gaming??? ima use this build im planning for music production, photo editing, and gaming at 1080p 60 fps. i heard alot of things about AMD not being good for gaming but for editing and all that, the programs can use the extra cores?? im a noob at this and well i need some help !!

The 8350 may be a bottleneck in gaming, but the 8 cores will be better than a basic i5 in video rendering.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

GTA V and Battlefield 4 are both quite demanding on CPU. Fortunately, both of them also scale quite well with core count. It may be worth checking out these CPU benchmarks for those games:

GTA V yes, but not just bugs in the game in general.

Also update graphical driver to the latest, because some games bug up lots with older drivers.

It depends on the games you play, If the games you play make use of 5+ cores you should be alright.
