GPU Overclocking.

Hey guys,

Quick question, what temperature should I stop at when trying to overclock? Ideally what should it be at for a nice and good overclock. Also, is it wierd that without overclocking my gtx 970 FTW is already at 70-72 degrees while running valley benchmark?

Thanks!

Well that's what mine tends to get, but it never goes higher, so there's a chance you could push it quite a fair bit

Just expect the fans to bring the noise, the fan curve from 65°C onward seems pretty steep

(oh and by about 55% the fans start to sound like a jet taking off)
