Will this upgrade be bottlenecked ?

Hello, I am considering getting an EVGA GTX 960 SSC. I've got a Phenom II X4 940, I know this is probably gonna sound stupid but will the CPU bottleneck the GPU ? If so, probably it will, how much would I be getting out of the GPU ? 

 

I'm upgrading because I can only afford to upgrade one piece at a time since this is my secondary PC so I thought it best to start with the GPU.

 

Specs:

 

CPU: Phenom II X4 940

GPU: Geforce 9500 GT (Supports Directx 10--> Main reason for upgrade)

Ram: Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD4P
