-SNIP-

You'll need some fittings, two per component of the loop and a fluid/biocide, and part of the system some pressure optimized fans.

Which fittings and liquid should I use?

For fluid that depends if you want less or easier maintenance distilled water with a kill coil or biocide is the best but if you want that clear tubing and colored fluid look Mayhems has some of the best watercooling fluids.

So I would need 10 fittings? And where would I get the fluid from?

Correct 10 fittings will do the entire loop I would get one extra to connect to the fillport when filling the reservoir to make things a little easier and a funnel.

For the colored fluid Performance PC's (USA) and places like Dazmode (Canada) are good, EKWB also has Pastel fluids which are from Mayhems, if your going with distilled water and a kill coil regular supermarket distilled water is good.

Just note Frozen CPU is out of service so don't order from them.

As for how much fluid you will need I would suggest two 1 liter bottles or concentrate mixes and no the Aurora series is not good it's designed for show systems and short term (~3months) and the shimmering particles inside tends to clog up waterblocks.

http://www.performance-pcs.com/mayhems-x1-uv-deep-purple-concentrate-250ml.htmlso I would need 2 of these and that would be it for liquid?

Yes it's 250mL of concentrated fluid so you would need some distilled water from the super market and top up that 250mL to a total of 1L.

Okay so earlier you said something about fans. What fans would I need and how many?

You'd want pressure optimized fans and a set of 3 for the 360mm either push or pull having both push and pull only gives an extra few degrees at most but a lot more cost. Something like a Nocuta NF-F12, EK Vardar and Corsair SP 120 are decent pressure fans.

Will i need something special to hook up all of the fans and what power supply do you think ill need to run the system with all the watercooling and an i74790k and a 970?

You can control them via the motherboard if you want to group control them you can get fan splitters to hookup the 3 fans it's recommended to have a max of 3-4 per fan header on the motherboard. For that system a 550-650W PSU is more than enough even with heavy overclocks.

What power supply would you recommend?

make sure you also include a quick disconnect fitting so you can disconnect stuff like graphics card in case you want to upgrade it to something else so you won't have to drain and refill your entire loop.

Koolance QD3 series is the best quick disconnect fitting as it is not very restrictive, just make sure you get the silver not the black as black version suffers from corrosion

I recommend the QD3-FSG4(G 1/4 thread) and QD3-MS13X19(1/2" ID x 3/4 OD") from performance PC.

Yeah, we're all just a bunch of idiots experiencing nothing more than the placebo effect.
