The only way of resolving this I see is the $1 price for joining the forum, and many, many members wouldn't like that.

Still there would be spammers, theres people buying csgo and cheating, theres people buying CoD and cheating.

TWC already gives dynamic adresses to their users.. lol. All that is needed is a router reboot.

Easiest way to prevent against spam is complex registration process in combination with email domain bans.

It has CAPTCHA. But most spammers which get through are human assisted.
