Is This a GOOD BUILD?

Hi,

Im planning to build a new pc gaming for 1080p  display,

This is my build :

Motherboard   ASUS H81M-E

CPU   i3 4150 with Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

GPU   MSI GTX 960 2GD5T OC

RAM   CORSAIR VENGEANCE  BLACK 8GB (1X8) i choose one singgle channel ram  because i want to upgrade later if necessary

HDD   WDC 1TB CAVIAR BLUE

SSD   SAMSUNG 850 EVO 120GB

PSU   SEASONIC M12II-520 520W MODULAR - BRONZE

CASE   NZXT SOURCE 210 (NOT ELITE EDITION BECAUSE THE MOBO NOT SUPPORT 3.0 FRONT PANEL USB)

ASUS DVD RW

WINDOWS 8.1

WITH LG 21.5" INCH MONITOR IPS PANEL

I want to ask is this good build for 4 year playing brand new game for medium setting at 40+ fps?

Is the CPU not bottlenecking?

Should I change the CPU to i5 4460?

OR should I change the CPU,GPU (to 970), and the MOBO( to h97 if necesarry)?

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP, ANDDDDDDD

SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH

I would go with 3GBs or more of vram for 3-4 years. I can't predict the future :(
