System randomly shuts down

Go to solution Solved by Semper,

So... a little update. I've found the source of the problem, at long last.

Fired up my computer today, VRM's fried, and decided they were going to spew pink smoke about my room.

I suppose the silver lining is, now i'm able to switch over to the 4790k :o

Well, both tests returned negative on errors, however i've been runing my system on single channel, and it's been stable thus far, hasn't crashed all evening... so my guess is, it's time to replace my memory. Just don't know why i wasn't getting any errors.

Update:

System is still unstable, finally crashed while running single channel
