Hi, lately i've been researching computer builds for a pc I've been desperately wanting. I'm a bit young, and this will be my very first computer build and I would like tips on what to buy and where or the best time to buy it. Right now I'm looking for something around 600 to 800 dollars and I don't know that much about compatibility and whats the best for what I'm looking for. So the games that I would be looking to play on this pc with the budget I have is Gta 5, Battlefield 4, and Rust. I do have a setup picked out, but if you could recommend your own setup that worked it'd be great, and even maybe show me another setup that is better than mine. So my setup below this is what I've picked out.If you have any tips or suggestions on what better cores are or better graphics cards are, please leave a comment. Thanks for taking the time to read about this and help me, here's my setup.

Core- Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

Cpu Cooler- Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

Motherboard- Asus Z87-Pro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Memory- G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage- Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card- EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked Video Card

Case- Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply- Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Optical Drive- Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

Peripherals- Cooler Master CM Storm Devastator Gaming Bundle Wired Gaming Keyboard w/Optical Mouse

Operating System- Microsoft Windows 8.1 OEM (64-bit)

I built this on pcpartpicker.com and it deducts some of the amount because of mail in rebates? How exactly does that work?

I would just pick up Windows 7 because Windows 10 is coming out in one week and you get a free upgrade from 7 or 10 so that doesn't really matter to much... just suffer through 7 for like 2 days till 10 comes out... that'll save you some money, and I would also recommend getting and SSD for your Operating system and drivers... just get a 128GB SSD... just a thought

Alright right now, this looks like a pretty solid build to my eyes. So is this all I need for my computer? I have a monitor and then this'll mean I got everything sorted out. I really hope this build works and it could be nice reassuring that it is everything I need.
