Youtube is lagging

Hello guys.

 

I've recently upgraded my old pc with an Intel E7300 and a GT9500 to a GTX280.

But I can't watch video's, when I start a Youtube video and look at CPU Usage, it's fully loaded.

Also the sound is lagging a bit.

I've attached a screenshot of playing a Youtube video (1080p60fps) + CPU usage.

.....thats all i got, besides 60fps might be to much for that older CPU to handle. I know my Pc can handle 4k, but cant take 4k 60 fps

How many ghz?

my i3 3.4ghz can run 4k@60fps on youtube without dropping frramses

Do it again while running youtube. There isn't anything using anything there.
