We are going to build his gaming PC (excluding: Mouse, kb, monitor,etc.). It will be used solely for gaming and use a 650$ max budget. We plan to buy the parts from Frys Home Electronics (http://www.frys.com) and order if we have to... What would you recommend?

what kind of games?

$10 over.. could go for a 280 / 285 from amd to get it under the budget.. And don't get a kingston v300... Though you could do with a front intake fan..

It can be a lot better if you buy from other places (you can use PCPP).
