hello , im currently building my first watercooling loop, but I have a problem with fitting.

 

the tube seem to be too big , I can put the tube on the compression fitting tube, but I cant screw it

 

im using primochill 3/8 ID and 5/8OD

with bitfenix 3/8id 5/8od

Can you post a picture?

 

You can use boiling water to help. Put the tubing in boiling water for a few second then try to put it over the fitting.

You need to unscrew the compression fitting top completely, let it slide down the tube. Then put the tube over what should now be a barb, then screw the top onto the fitting to "compress" the tubing inside.
