[Q] Corsair K90 no longer working

Hi guys,

 

Turned my PC on this morning and my Corsair K90 no longer works. Firstly, the keyboard wouldn't type at all, so I swapped around a series of USB ports (still no luck). Funnily enough, the keyboard is detected and confirmed as working in Device Manager. I tried to reinstall the firmware, around 25% through, it fails due to the keyboard disconnecting completely (confirmed in Device Manager). Installed the Corsair K90 Software Package, now no back-lighting either.

 

The keyboard was fully working last time I used it. Plugged in an alternate keyboard, which works fine.

 

Appreciate the feedback.

Just contact Corsair and ask them! They will probably ask you to RMA it more than likely!

You must not report problems with Corsair keyboards. Only Razer keyboards break.

Yeah keep trying man! Try uninstalling it from device manager and reinstalling it!
