Please make some changes:

1) Please use http://pcpartpicker.comto plot your build

2) Please go for a Core i5 4690k (it'll perform just as well in games).

3) Please go for a Hyper 212 Evo instead of the 412s.

4) DO NOT use the Kingston V300. It used to be okay but it's been nerfed while staying under the same name. Get a 240GB Samsung 850 Evo with the money you've saved from going down to an i5 from an i7.

5) Go with a WD Blue instead of a WD black. There's little performance benefit in going with the black AFAIK.

Yes, the cooler will be fine, even for a mild overclock.

Sig under construction.

He mentions game making and photo./video editing and you tell him to get a an i5. Sure for gaming i5 is fine. But that's not the only thing hes doing.

Build looks good to me.Unless your going to be overclocking very high cooler should be fine
