So, i was thinking on buying a new graphics card but i don't know which one to choose from.

This pc of mine was just given to my by my mom, and I'm still a student so, i can only afford a graphics card atm.

i have a gigabyte f2a55m-ds2 motherboard

an apu a8-5600k processor

(no graphics card, using on-board graphics since day 1. It's been 2 years.)

i only have the money to buy a graphics card.

What graphics card will you guys recommend(budget)?

Before you spend anything check the PSU (power supply)... make sure you can run it and most importantly make sure it is not some cheap 50 dollar rip off... it might suck to think of having to spend a bit of money on that but putting a new GPU into something that is possibly unsuited can be disastrous.

A good PSU is paramount, I am not just talking about how big it is 550, 650 750 or higher... I reputable brand will ensure all future parts purchased are safe and sound.

recently found out that cs:go is cpu dependent, so buying a gpu will be useless..... :(

Definitely not useless... With my Intel HD 4600 on my i7 I get 50 fps and with my gtx 970 I easily get 250/400.

oh well, will buy the gpu. The only problem is now is that: will it bottleneck?

A 970 might bottleneck a little bit, but I think it won't be a big problem.
