The Samsung 850 EVO (and the 840 EVO) are well regarded and perform well in synthetic benchmarks.

 

If you want a less expensive option then I can recommend a Crucial MX100. I have one and it performs well for the money.

 

Want even cheaper? I've just put an Adata Premiere Pro SP920 in my PC after reading some good reviews. I have yet to see how good it is, but it appears to be a good option.
