Stuttering in Mirror's Edge

Ive been playing ME for years now and since i just love that game so much ive kinda lived with stuttering. But now i kinda wanna know if theres any way to get rid of it, or is just a problem that everyone faces and cant be fixed. Ive had stuttering back on my GTX 650 and still have it with my new GTX 960. PhysX was major issue in ME for me and it was big player in terms of making game stutter, but even with PhysX off, AA off, V Sync  off im still getting stuttering constantly in certain areas of levels through out the whole game. Only settings i keep maxed is my native resolution, textures and graphics.

IDK, i stopped playing, there is this one part near the beggining that for some reason no matter what, it gets insane stuttering, feels like 5FPS. I cant get past that part because of it.

I've never had an issue with the game other than PhysX being weird, but there was an update that fixed it for me.

 

Try verifying/repairing the game files.
