So I'm currently using a BenQ GW2765HT 1440p 60Hz IPS panel, which is awesome. However, I have the chance to pick up an Acer XB270HU for relatively cheap. It would be useful because it has G-SYNC and all that jazz, and would be quite useful for future gaming being that it's 1440p and 144Hz. So, is it worth it? Or do I stick to my BenQ? I should be able to return my BenQ for full price.

If anybody has the Acer, what's your experiences with it?

For how much "relatively cheap". I'd like to know.

That is like one of the best monitors right now, so if I were you I'd upgrade.

If money isn't a problem I'd pick up the XB, and keep the BenQ as well. But if you can't do that, sell the BenQ.

Also, definitely check the XB if it is OK if you can in the store. I wouldn't mind cosmetic damage such as scratches, as long as the screen it self works.

On a side note, how does 960 do at 1440p?

I see you saw my profile. xD

I actually don't use a GTX 960 anymore, I use a GTX 970. But I expect it would run 1440p horribly.

The GTX 970 runs 1440p well, though.

970 should do the job just fine and be a good match for the acer.

Unfortunately, I have not, but I saw Linus' review (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_LTHr96NueA) and it is basically best of both worlds, nice colors from IPS and 144Hz speed of a TN.
