A 550W psu is enough for that. I assume you are not going to SLI ? as those cards are obsolete now

Yes, it is just enough because I have one running now, but I have no overclocking headroom for my CPU as I am running 540W or something.

You won't need 750W for a single card even with overclocking, but if you want to buy one that big then this EVGA B2 is a good unit.
