"Couldn't add widget" Android lollipop

So I have a moto G 2nd gen. And every now and then the speaker doesnt work while in a call so i cant hear what is being said, a restart fixes it. So i restarted my phone and it boot cycled for about 2 hours.... then once i finaly got into the phone "couldnt add widget" at the top of the screen under the bar that has my battery and time. i cant do any thing on my phone. cant open and app cant do anything at all but answer incoming calls. I restarted my phone again.... 4 hours to reboot...........................................4 hours and still "couldnt add widget" 

 

 

anyone know a fix?
