Audio being strange

So lately I've had problems with audio sources not being detected.

 

I.E. Try to watch a TB video, have to refresh chrome and/or switch to firefox to get audio to work.

Sometimes it happens when I launch games too. (GAMES, not one game, a variety).

 

I launch a game and have to restart it a few time before the audio works.

When I tried with Titanfall it wasn't being detected by the audio manager.

 

Specs are:

4770k

MSi GD65 z87 gaming

GTX 780

HyperX Cloud

 

 

Anyone got anything on this?

Reinstall your audio driver from your pc manufacture. Reset chrome can also help. Also double check your audio setting in windows if the proper audio device is selected?

Sometimes the problem can also be in the in game audio settings.
