Hi! Would my ax760 be able to power up 295x2? I have 4770k at stock and will not do any oc on 295x2.

another question would be where I should mount 295x2 rad? I have 350d case with h80i gt cpu cooler, the rad of that cooler is mounted on the back of the case, top is used for outtake and front for intake. So maybe I should remove 1 outtake fan from top and put 295x2 rad there?

at the top, use it as an outtake. You don't want to hinder the intake airflow.
