mouse & keyboard not working

i just built my pc yesterday, and it was working fine , i didnt install windows yet , and i only accessed the uefi a couple time, i did turn off the pc right from the switch a couple times, cuz there was no other way to turn it off, but now, all of the sudden, my mouse and keyboard dont work on the pc anymore, it works on everything else, except my pc, i also tried different usb slots and mouse and keyboard , but nothing works? PLEASE someone tell me the issue and how to fix it
