Need some help with choosing

Hey guys, I'm looking for an upgrade for my graphics card, display and maybe RAM. I was thinking about a gtx 980 TI, maybe the strix.(if somebody could tell me the release date, would be really nice). The display, I'm thinking about an Asus ROG swift. RAM: I have 8gb of RAM, G.Skill Ares F3 PC3-12800 2133C9, I don't know if I want to buy another pair of those, or buy some really good ones(budget: 200$). My graphics card is a gtx 770 2gb. @blueballs, which gtx980ti do you recommend. Do you mean the ROG swift and why? Which pair of RAM?

I'd go with the g1 gaming , and I recommend the Rog Swift because I own it and it's been a great monitor... another pair of your current ram

each person got a different definition of that word especially in tech hardware's but for me I'd say YES!

@blueballs , if you compare it to a similair priced display like the acer Predator, which are the main cons and pros?

The G-sync, the trace free 1ms response time, the 144hz, the on-the-fly Hz switching, the light indicator, the 3D, the 120hz ULMB, the thin bezel, the build quality, the stand/swivel, the menu joystick.

I'd go with the swift because it has 1ms response time,on-the-fly Hz switching,light indicator,3D,the 120hz ULMB,very thin bezel,build quality,menu joystick and oh god the stand/swivel is just perfect.

 

Acer has the build quality of those korean monitors, maybe little better, but not much.

I don't own both so I can't really recommend you one over the other,but I can tell you 1ms response time feel much nicer than 5.

Like I said up there, personally I'd choose the g1 gaming.
