Keyboard not working?

So recently I've been having an issue where my keyboard would randomly start pressing keys and I don't know why. I have a rather old keyboard. Its a 2.4GHz wireless GearHead. What seemed to fix it was plugging it into another USB port but now its acting up again. Does anyone know why this might be and/or how to fix it? Thanks!

It may be malfunctioning. If your keyboard is still under warranty, it is best to contact GearHead and process an RMA. If not, try another USB port or try re-syncing the USB dongle with the keyboard itself.
