Video rendering problem

Hello Forum,

 

As you read in the title, I'm having problems rendering a video. I recorded it at 2K 60FPS using ShadowPlay and also was playing it at 2K 60FPS on my 1080p monitor. My facecam was 1080p 30FPS. After I finished editing it today, I used a custom template with the following settings. I want it at 60FPS and in mp4.

Firstly: As you can see, it isn't detecting my GPU. https://imgur.com/uv...C98lt,gCnVDLE#1

Sencondly: When I click 'Render" using this template, this is what it shows me. https://imgur.com/uv...C98lt,gCnVDLE#2

 

It does render using the default mp4 preset though. I'm using Sony Movie Studio 13 Platinum (purchased from Steam). I'd like you guys to help me sort this issue out.
