Yes, that should work. The only thing that matters when buying a standard computer cord is compatibility to your wall socket, and it looks like you've already squared that away, so hope you found this helpful. :)

My monitor turns black every time and its because the powercbble is broken so i need a new.

Is there different types or can i just buy any cable ?

I got a phillips 18 inch  and this is my cable i probably going to buy (http://www.amazon.de/TPFNet-Premium-Netzkabel-Schukostecker-Netzanschlusskabel/dp/B00O46BUI2/ref=sr_1_3?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1434544395&sr=1-3&keywords=monitor+stromkabel) looks the same as mine so it should work right?
