Recently ive been noticing that my games will studder. What will happen is i will be playing a game, gta5 for instance. I will play it witthout incidence and maybe 30 mins ino my session, the game starts to studder. I first thought it was the game loading things into ram, but when i ran afterburner in the backround i found that these studders would make the gpu usage go to 0, the power usage go to 0 and i could even hear the coil wine of the gpu stop in unisin with the studders. it is not temperatures causing throttling, as they stay at around 60 degrees under load. even in light gams like tf2 this studdering happens. i have a hunch that it is the fault of my psu but i want a confirmation of that. I would just like to know if it is the problem of the gpu, psu or something else

my specs are

i7 4790k 4.0 ghz

gtx970 gaming

16gig corshair vengeance

thermaltake tr2 600w

msi z97 g45

windows 10

any help would be appreciated.
