I was looking into building my own pc for video editing but I'm not really sure what im looking for. I have a budget of €1000. I am not sure what processor and motherboard would be best suited to me? I would like the motherboard to have at least 2 USB 3.0 ports

Not sure what power supply to get either

For memory I will probably go with a mechanical hard drive to save money And expand later.

I have been told that a Nvidia gtx 660 has a high memory bandwidth which would be good for video editing and it also has CUDA cores which are good for Adobe premiere pro. So I would like that in my system

I was going to go for g skill 16GB (8GB x 2) and upgrade to 32GB in the future

I know I'm asking for a lot but have you got recommendations for processor, motherboard etc what will go with the parts I would like to put in my system

Thanks

LOL V300..... Buy a Samsung 850 Evo instead of the shitty V300. Buy an XFX 650W or an Antec Neo Eco 620w instead of the shitty CX....

Thanks so much

Do you need CUDA support ? As the spec above has an AMD card.

Don't go with the Kingston V300 SSD as it is rubbish. A Crucial BX100/MX100 or Samsung EVO 850 would be better.

Try and get a better psu as well. Something from XFX (Any), Seasonic , Antec (HCG, Edge, TPC) and EVGA (B2)
