that's ivy bridge chip

 

all sandy/ivy bridge cpus only work with chipsets with H/Z 6x/7x mobo (like H67 or Z77)

i think Z68 support it as well...might require a bios update...Z87 defenetly not support it, it's a different socket (1150)
