Does anyone happen to be a member looking to send an invite my way? My gamer tag in in my profile. If not...

If anyone happens to be in the program- How is the backwards compatibility? Good? Bad? While I haven't wanted to play any of my 360 games since GTA 5 came out for the One, this seems like a definite step in the right direction to driving more sales to those that held back because of not wanting to have several consoles cluttering an area and/or those that think that owning a new console means you can't use the old one (weird, I know, but people are weird)
