Intel 5th Generation Cores

Hi, I've been reading up on the new Intel 5th Generation Cores and have watched numerous Linus Media Group videos containing the 5th gen of the core but I'm not sure what socket it uses i.e. LGA 1150. Could someone please clarify what socket the 5th generation of Intel Cores fits into. Thanks :D
