Good Build

Adorza

If you have an opinion that includes the words "You don't need.." I don't need your opinion. I'd like to stay under $3000 for everything.. but is there anything you'd change that would be a BETTER option? "Nice buid" is also appreciated :]

I'd like to use this build for:

-High/ultra settings on almost any game

-Video editting

-Graphic design

-NOT overclocking

-Stay around $3000 for everything

-1080p Resolution (for now)

You can't put a optical drive in the noctis 450, hence why it won't show up

Nice build..

Nearly $100 over BUT I think gives you the edge..

Ups the GPU to 980TI, 144hz, 2560x1440 IPS Gsync screen, Both worth the trade off in other areas IMO.

Not touched your other peripherals but you know you can save $100 there and still have a cracking good keyboard.

why get a Noctua cooler if you're not going to overclock.. Just use the stock cooler

1080p on very high should be good for every game

why are you getting an optical drive, the case doesn't support one

Holy crap, $200 for a keyboard? get a cheaper one, and get a 980Ti

Why is this guy not following hi

Sorry I chose the optical drive before the case.. the case was recently put on without looking into the compatibility.

If your not overclocking just use the stock cooler.

EDIT:I forgot the 5820k comes with no cooler xD.

So keep the cooler?

I have a weakness I cannot explain for that keyboard.. same for the case, which isn't exactly what I was looking for but it is just SO beautiful. Bad decisions I know.. but I can't help it.

That is the monitor of my dreams!!!! Why the 980TI, I have not looked into it yet?

980Ti is 95%+ the performance of a TitanX.. it's same price to performance of the 980.. just a step up.. Also 6GB for productivity (3d, video work) is great.

Monitor of my dreams too at the moment. Great res for productivity, IPS for video and image editing and 144hz for the gaming.

You can do it.. :)

P.S, the dvd drive is dropped.. you'll need an external one with that case.. If it's just for the OS you can download an image and make a bootable USB key..

I don'T PreSS caPs.. I juST Hit THe keYboARd so HarD iT CriTs :P

I might just have to listen to you... I tried doing my research for this list but I'm not very knowledgeable on quality/performance/price, I just kind of went off what other people said/recommended.. I noticed you downgraded the memory and power supply, are you %100 sure that's a safe move?
