Hi, I'm at a bit of a loss with this problem as nothing I do seems to fix it so maybe you guys could suggest something I haven't tried yet.

I'm using a Zotac AD02 as an htpc and for over a year now it's played 1080p no problem but all of a sudden it can't handle anything at all.

Youtube and netflix lag so much that audio gets way out of sync and it's driving me insane. Upon further investigation the gpu load is next to nothing while playing video now so I assume hardware acceleration just isn't working at all.

So far I've formatted 3 times, reinstalled drivers multiple times, tried 4 different browsers and tried forcing flash player over html and gpu load still stays very low to practically nothing.

Any ideas you guys?

Thanks.

Did you check that Hardware Acceleration is actually enabled?

umm, I have to assume something is going wrong with your install. Are you playing web content only, or local content too?

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

As far as right clicking on the video and making sure the box is checked yes.

I was just checking web content but just tried streaming a 1080p movie over my network and the gpu just goes from 0 to 100% to 0 again in spikes.

I'm starting to wonder if it's just dying.
