GTA V $20.09?

This is a sale and a question;

The way it is listed confuses me.  In my wishlist it tells me the game is on sale for $20.09:

and when I go the the store page it says: 

So if I buy this will I just buy sharkcards or will this be saving a ton of money?

you're buying the game with the shark cards

if you planned on buying shark cards with the game, yes it saves money.

 

Shark cards are used for GTA:Online to give you currency

That's just Great White and Bull Shark cards, not the actual game.

 

EDIT: One possible reason it is showing as $20 in your wishlist is that those cards are the first price shown, which is what Steam is probably replicating across to your wishlist.

they changed it back to 60 bucks

I have the same on my wishlist. I wonder if it is going to go on sale and this is just a glitch?

The $19.99 card is selling for $29.98 and is 33% off, and now sells for $20.09??
