@lee32uk

Well yeah i thought about picking the new noctua but it's huge xD but it's well rated

If you don't mind the colour scheme then they are very good coolers. The BeQuiet coolers look nicer as they are all Black in colour, but they are a bit more fiddly to install. I have a BeQuiet Dark Rock 2 and it is pretty much inaudible.

@brob

for the psu I know I had better options but right now I'll go with I'll buy a better one later.

the pc I'll use for gaming. Daily use and ocacionaly for some VM

PSU is an important component. A good unit will contribute to system stability and maximize component life times.

http://techreport.com/review/15967/exploring-the-impact-of-memory-speed-on-core-i7-performance/8

Conclusion: synthetic benchmarks that test raw throughput will see the difference, scientific programs that crunch numbers by the GB/s might see the difference, gaming and general purpose computing won't see a difference. If there is a difference, it's on such a level our human brains won't be able to perceive it.

There's a same tendency with memory bandwith (MHz), as demonstrated by Linus:

You could save yourself quite some money by staying away from the X99 platform. There's not really a reason to go there with your use case.

Sadly the links compare dual to triple channel DDR3. I have been unable to find decent (actually any) studies of DDR4 channel scaling.

The % price differential between dual and quad channel kits of the same total capacity is typically less than the % performance differential, especially for memory intensive applications like rendering and editing. IMO, the decision criteria when building a new system is different from upgrading an existing one. It makes sense with new systems to choose better performing parts, (even if the improvement is small), when the cost of doing so is less or about the same. A few % better performance from one choice added to a few % better performance from another choice soon adds up to something quite noticeable.

Agreed with the comments concerning X99. Z97 makes more sense for the described usage.

I am a fan of Asus motherboards.

Prices for the Ranger seem to vary quite widely. In some locals it is quite a bit less expensive than the Hero. In others it is much more. I would pick the less expensive of the two. You might also want to take a look at the Asus Z97 Pro Gamer if it is available to you.

I know i changed my mind about the psu, i'm looking between two,

Corsair rm750

Cooler master V750

The two of them are Gold.

I would steer clear of RM series psu. If I recall correctly the Cooler Master V750 is a pretty good psu. 80+ Gold simply refers to the psu efficiency, not build or component quality.

@brob

Would you recommend the seasonic X-750? i heard great things about it

Currently the cooler master v750 isn't available in my country :S

The Seasonic X-750, (SS-750KM and ss-750KM3), is an excellent psu.
