Will I have enough power?

Yes if you don't OC, but borderline, I would recommend going to 600 for safety sake. PSU's become less efficient over time so you may end up not providing enough power eventually.

So I want to buy a 780. My friend said he'd sale me his for 180$ My question is if my power supply will hold up?

Borderline adequate if no oc, highly recommend to upgrade it to a better quality 600w+ or higher if you planning to SLi the card.

They put it higher for shitty power supply as they can barely provide that much.

A decent 500w should be fine but you should OC so try to sell that PSU and get a 600w.
