looks solid, if I were you i would go with the 250D but its really just personal preference, also I don't know if the 212 evo fits in it.

Also, think this build would be good with driving 2 monitors with 1 doing 1080p gaming? My 760 can so I would assume.

Fits in Prodigy. Does not fit in 250D.
