Okay so this is my build msi x99 krait edition intel i7 5820k gtx 980 16gb ribjaws ddr4 ram 750w g1 evga power supply 250gb ssd 1tb hdd case enthoo pro

So my problem is that I have assembled everything but I get not signal i have tried dvi d dvi to vga dvi to hdmi also have checked if I put my cpu correctly twice checked if my ram is correctly put in checked my gpu and check all cables but they are all correctly put in. I've checked it all it runs perfectly but it just won't display a signal I'm getting sadd this is my first build and starting to think it was a bad choice ;( help me please

@mr.happy A lot of people have problems with their builds, it should not get you down :lol: . I take it, you are putting your cable into the GPU and not the MOBO right? Have you also got another monitor to try this on, or a TV. If not RMA your card? Could be that?

Also, take out the GPU and put in the display cable to the MOBO and see if that works. Have you also got another monitor to try this on, or a TV

X99 Has no integrated graphics so no chance of that, he has to have it plugged into the GPU.

It's my first build how am I suppose to have spare gpu's

RMA it, there are no other options apart from look on the PCB on your GPU, and look for black/burn marks, if so then RMA it also

Eh, there is a small chance but I don't really see how. If everything is on, and there is no beeps and everything is running, then I guess it is your GPU or your MOBO

Where did you buy your GPU from? - Also, what 980 is it?
