Sometimes there're situations where, for example, I want to go on a specific website, but I suddenly forget 100% of what I wanted to do, not even a clue and my brain just feels empty, everyday this happens 10times+ even during really important things like work, whatever. Every time this happens, I just suddenly feel a bit dizzy. Also, this is quite annoying, I possibly have actual OCD, as examples, I love reading, but it has become unbearable, overtime I switch pages, I just comeback to the previous page from 5-20 times just to MAKE SURE I've actually switched pages, even though they're numbered. The worse is, I recently got my new cellphone, i will verify more than a hundred times a day whether my mobile data connection if off or not(i do not have a plan and I'm actually scared shitless to pay 3463636365473 dollars in fees, lol). These are just a few examples, but these two problems have been hindering my daily life and it actually got worse overtime. I whether I was paranoid and that's normal or I'm actually crazy. I have ADD and had autism when I was young if this helps.

I'm the complete opposite of anxious, I'm actually TOO cheerful

If it is affecting daily life as you say, then you really should seek professional help.

By the way; I have somewhat similar habits as well but not to the same extent. An example would be locking the front door before leaving the house if in a hurry. I have very clearly locked it and acknowledged such, but I sometimes forget that I have and later ask myself if I did. I trust my instincts and gut feeling to re-assure that I have.

That's the thing, even though I've already acknowledged a fact for the 10th time in a row, I'm still going to check it again(and again). It's almost as if I don't trust my senses. I tried using techniques(that don't work anymore) like asking someone else to confirm a situation or just try ny best to trust myself, in some case "yoloing" like for my mobile data thing, but I just can't bring myself to think like that. I guess I'll go see some professional
