I got a new Nexus 6, and ever since I turned it on, both my Wifi and Ethernet networks have been unreasonably slow.  This not only happens when the device is connected to a network, but also while off the network.  What would cause this?  It did this on Lollipop as well, currently im on Android M.

How are you connecting via ethernet?

On your wireless ensure you are connecting on the 5ghz range and not 2.4
