any suggestions on gaming mice and gaming mechanical keyboards with a max price of 70 eur each(preferably corsair razer or logitech)

I can't think of a combo that would fit in to that price, but I can think of a decent cheap-o mouse that you could consider.

Logitech G300, light, great software for lighting and key binding, also ambidextrous. Used it for ~2 years myself.

EDIT:

Here in finland we have this bundle that fits your price range, I am rather sure it is also available globally, you should look for it. Total price of it is 63€.

One of my friends had that very combo, I think that for the price it is actually pretty good. But I haven't seen the software for it, nor have I used it for a long duration.

Get the Logitech G402 or the Corsair Raptor M45, and use the money you saved to increase the keyboard budget. 

 

Then for the keyboard get either the:

Corsair Vengeance K65 or CM Storm QuickFire (whichever one you want)

Corsair m45 if you prefer a slightly lighter mouse with an optical sensor. M65 if you want a heavier one with a sniper button and a laser sensor. (Man I love the shape of these mice)
