i want to build a light gaming computer. i have a budget of $340. i have a monitor, keyboard and mouse, GTX 750ti superclocked edition, evga 400 watt power supply, rosewill redbone, 500GB harddrive. i want it to have a Intel processor and would like it to include windows 8/8.1

Microsoft Software Swap is legit, I bought my copy of windows 8.1 pro from there and it has been working flawlessly.

It's a legit key, and you can make the disk yourself, you just have to be able to burn disks, or you can even use a flash drive instead.

Yes, but the hyper 212 evo will let you overclock if you chose to. (Stock cooler is fine if you don't plan to over clock)
