Any will work, but go with Arctic Silver MX4, it's like £3 for a tube.

I used some Noctua NT-H1 only today. Tests indicate it's rather good, and it's the only Noctua product that isn't ridiculously expensive. :)

TUNIQ TX-2 is a low cost tube, but performs excellently.

Linus made a decent comparison video back in 2013.

 

In his tests:

 

Generic - 85

Arctic Alumina - 78

Arctic Silver 5 - 74

Arctic Silver MX-4 - 71

 

I would personally also throw my vote in for Arctic Silver MX-4, or at least use it as a comparison to other brands.
